1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PicoRestro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Reservation Policy

  • Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the reservation time
  • No-show reservations may result in a fee charged to your payment method
  • Special dietary requirements should be mentioned at the time of booking

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of dining or food delivery
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
  • Refunds are processed according to restaurant policies
  • Service charges and taxes are additional to menu prices

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that could harm other users or the platform itself.

5. Liability

PicoRestro acts as a platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality of food or service provided by partner restaurants.
